2025 – Geneva

The 40th Rotary Cycling World Championship in Geneva brought together around 70 riders from across Europe and beyond – a truly international celebration of cycling, friendship, and Rotary spirit.

Hosted by five Rotary Clubs of Geneva and the Rotaract Club, the event also marked two milestones: 10 years of RC Geneva International and 100 years of Rotary in Geneva.

Highlights included:

• International Field – Riders from Ukraine, Great Britain, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland.

• Inclusive Races – Youth competitions and the inspiring Joëlettes Race for people with limited mobility.

• Champions – Linda Pinto (Women U50), Luisa Gui Marassi (Women Rotary Champion), Jens de Cubber (Men U35), Luca Pitoni (35–44), Raimund Stanger (45–55), Francois Burghgraeve (55–64) and Stanislav Tytarenko (Ukraine, 65+).

• Fellowship & Charity – A Pasta Party, Gala Dinner, and donations of CHF 20,000 each of 3 Rotary projects.

Perfect weather, a scenic vineyard course, and great camaraderie made this anniversary edition unforgettable.

Save the Date: September 2–6, 2026 – The next Championship will take place in Kitzbühel, Austria, with riders racing in jerseys featuring their national colors!
