The 36th Rotary International “Cycling to Serve” World Championships took place at the end of August 2021 in Nancy, with a prestigious yet difficult and demanding circuit that runs alongside Place Stanislas (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Mostly, this was due to the rain some of the riders had to face. This year, we had something new in our schedule: the races were open (out of classification) to spouses, children of Rotarians and Paul Harris Fellows.
8 nationalities took part in this major event of the Fellowship “Cycling to Serve” calendar.
The winners were honored during a beautiful gala evening which was held in the salons of the Hôtel de Ville in Nancy, on Place Stanislas.
Next championships will take place in Bad Homburg (Germany), in July 2022.
